H.R. 3011: Transportation Security Administration Authorization Act of 2011

Sep 22, 2011 - Introduced in House. This is the original text of the bill as it was written by its sponsor and submitted to the House for consideration.

"Section 295 of this Bill is inserted in and Amends Title 18 of the US Code and makes it illegal to speak or write ANYTHING about the TSA, without their written permission!!!!!."

18 USC Sec. 709
Shall be punished as follows: a corporation, partnership, business trust, association, or other business entity, by a fine under this title; an officer or member thereof participating or knowingly acquiescing in such violation or any individual violating this section, by a fine under this title or imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.

"Pretty soon you will need the govt's permission to go to the bathroom in your own house! And they will probably tax you for doing it too! (That's if you still have a home)."
