We all would like to believe that, as when we were children in a family, there is in our society a final authority to whom we can turn in case we are seriously wronged. We are not predisposed to believe the accusers of the judicial process any more than the detractors of Santa Claus. Perhaps critics are merely sore losers or angry convicts, and perhaps judicial misconduct would be exposed by appeals courts or the mass media, and corrected. Why guess our way without the facts? Such pre-dispositions held by many otherwise educated adults allow pervasive institutional corruption of the judicial branch to remain hidden.
Judicial corruption is invisible to citizens, because lawyers are trained and motivated to deny and cannot safely speak of it, because mass media corporations agree with judicial prejudice and live in fear of judicial whims, because non-lawyers cannot obtain the facts without prohibitive cost and effort, and because the infantile myth of judicial salvation has broad appeal and is propagated as an opiate by the mass media. Judicial corruption is discovered by those of its victims willing to do years of tedious research, and only they will speak of it....

What the courts, judges, ex, masters, lawyers etc. did to my hubby and his daughter was unbelievable. If it's not in your back yard, you don't have a clue as to what goes on. It's inhumane to fathers. Cruel and abusive to chidren!!!
ReplyDeleteOh, and may I add... the doctors & psychologists that were involved in the game... they all made a ton of money off of it, and that's what it's all about. It is not in the best interest of the children. That's a lie the courts want people to think. Like I said, if its not in your back yard... you probably believe that the family courts are good. tsk, tsk.

ReplyDeleteIt's almost a trillion dollar a year business and growing larger every year, sadly it feeds off of destroying families and children.
"The best interest of children totally has nothing to do with how they do business, except they throw that phrase around to make destroying children sound good to the ignorant who don't know any better. pretty pathetic isn't it?
The sound of justice doesn't ring clear!! Todayay I had a motion of dismissal before the bench. The courts answer is a new court date. We were told to go home. So I was left standing with 2 orders in my hands and only the PA's word it was ok to leave, I would like to make every thing the court has done today, VOID!!!

seems like there's a vicious circle..between lawyers, the system, the media, and all that..the question is what would it take to break this tainted chain?

I agree with Bobbi and the others. I would have never believed that the courts could be so corrupt.
ReplyDeleteMy father passed away and he left a will leaving me his only child everything. About 5 weeks or so prior to his death his second EX WIFE divorced for 10 years found some lawyers and took me to court.
My first lawyer said no problem this should just be thrown out of the court the first day. Well that did not happen. The Judge by the name of Judge Tom Lucas an almost 80 yr old man in oklahoma granted a court order to allow the opposing side to cash out an annuity that I was the beneficiary on in the amount of around $150,000. The funds came from the sale of my grandmothers home in 2005. My father EX WIFE divorced him in 1999. I was a joint tenant on my father's home, on his cars, boats etc.....
The EX ended up getting everything she wanted. I was told that she gave her attorneys Michael Thom and Gregory Tontz %50 of her take. These two attorneys are sub human beings they could not even wait for my father to die.
Now I see that some of you do not post the attorneys names who have wronged you. Well I am not afraid to fight and one can only be pushed so far. I suggest that people who have any significant amount of money to not keep it in America. Regualtions are becoming more and more difficult to move your money out of this country. I believe the opposing counsel probably bribed the judge. A friend of mine who is an attorney in NYC says that if happens often but it is very difficult to prove.
By the way my father's ex wife was fired from her job for theft and her son has been in prison for robbery. Now the courts have just helped these two criminals steal what was rightfully mine.
I live in Los Angeles and this would have never happened here.
I suppose my only crime was being a gay man in Oklahoma.

How does a judge in OK take jurisdiction over someone living in CA. Welcome to our world, they not only take our money but, our closest family members and if the gravy train slows or stops. Then they take our right to travel, right to do bisenius and every licensed activity by the state and in my state they can do so for 10yrs after the youngest child's 18th b-day.
