A Blogsite with News and Thoughts about Family Law, The Divorce and Children Industry, and what many are now calling "The War on Families and Children". Family Courts have become battlefields resulting in massive casualties that include Moms, Dads, Children, and Extended Family Members. The Federal Gov't, States, their Agencies and Officials involved, including Attorneys and Judges, that profit from destroying us are the only winners. "We The People" must wake up and stop this abusive war now!

Divorced father loses custody of his three children 'because he's agnostic'

A divorced father-of-three claims he has lost custody of his children because he's agnostic.

Craig Scarberry, of Indianapolis, Indiana, had shared equal custody of his three young children with his former wife, a practising Christian, for four years.

Then last month a judge ruled the Navy veteran's visitation time be limited to four hours each week and custody reduced to once every other weekend.

Mr Scarberry said the only possible reason he can find in the ruling for the judge's decision is his comment that 'the father did not participate in the same religious training as the mother... father was agnostic.'

The ruling also stated: 'When the father considered himself a Christian, the parties were able to communicate relatively effectively.'

  1. THIS IS THE BIGGEST SACK OF ASS HOLES I'VE SMELLED, in a long time. In the article he said, in no way does his religious beliefs reflect on in children. My question is WHY THE HELL NOT!!!!??? If this is what it seems...Wars have been fought for far less and I for one would be more than willing to fight this one, no matter his religion. You can try to take my children or beliefs, but I'll give my life first!! Because I'm an American. Harrison

  2. What you right is true. I am a 53 year old male and one of the, what has become, shrinking minority.

I was divorced in 1998 and entered a system of state and federal opression that was disabling. I walked from the court rooms devistated that the laws of the country that I loved existed to violate and imprison me. I walked from the court room knowing that my word had been heard but that it mattered not as long as an agenda i did not understand was served. I walked from the court room with huge attorney fees, an unimaginable violation of rights, a Cheshire smiling x-wife, child support configured from former and much higher than current income, a permanent loss of custody, a two year order for no visitation or contact with my at that time 7 and 9 year sons and subsequent multiple incarcerations promulgated from bogas criminal and retraining order violation allegations.

I am reading of men that become disabled from what is referred to as a type of PTSD. Before being repeatedly violated I had given presentations in front of small groups and often hundreds and did so smoothly, concisely and without fear. After my incarcerations i had panic attacks disabling speech and pushing me into cold sweats even in very low profile discussions.

So, yes, there is a war going on and American men are the victims having no voice, no protection and no opportunity for defense....using or against the "law".

What you right here is true....although the power of truth will only be read about. Honor, integrity and truth are no longer the tools or pathways to contentment and success. They are obsolete ideals only spoken of in a world run by lies and successful whores. My first thought on this is that I have pounded the benefit of the value of truth with my sons and i fear, i know i have misinformed them. It is not too late for me to change that spoken from my mid-western soap box and i intend on doing so. I will not have them shackled by good will and the truth...as i have been.
