Oakland County, Michigan ———- Children’s and Parent’s Rights organizations from across the nation are scheduled to encroach on
A coalition of numerous individuals, organizations, and agencies that grows daily as August draws near, aim to bring solutions to many crises that are affecting
“Where we have a government that thinks it has the apparent authority to confiscate children at will, as we can see from the recent issues in Texas earlier this year, something needs to be done.” states Lary Holland, one of the organizers of this event. He further states, “we are dealing with a fundamental liberty and civil rights issue that has to be recognized and respected by our government, the protected right of parenthood.”
Various groups across the nation aren’t willing to compromise liberty and let their government run on autopilot any longer. “Somewhere along the lines, the government stopped believing that the Constitution was a restriction on them and not a restriction on the people,” according to

Alienator's take pride in different things than normal parents. Nothing and I mean nothing makes an alienator more proud of their kids than when their years of emotional abuse and lies reach their fruition and their kids tell their other parent they don't love them, never want to see them again, they hate them, they wish they were dead. At that moment pride swells up in the alienator and they relish the moment that their ex's heart breaks in two.

It is all the same, everywhere I think, I am from Portugal. We suffer the same we lose our rights to being a father / parent, we also have been robbed of our integrity and dignity. Our children have been cheated out of a vital human right of having a steady Father.
Thank you Alec Baldwin for someone of stature to finaly come to the table and stand up to this unjust system! My husband and I have been going through absolute hell for the past 10 years simply because his ex-wife happens to be female and a Mother. Apparently children need their Mother's more than Father's? Apparenly, according to the courts it's only the Father's responsibility to support his children, but Mother's hold none? I can't tell you how much this issue has taken away from our quality of life, from the children's happiness and how our several lawyers continue to get rich from the corruption!
It's surprising to me that our Constitutional Rights or even our Civil Rights are not be violated here. By disabling the obligator to be gainfully employed, due credit report lien, suspending of Drivers License and Proffesional Licenses. California has to be the worst state, when it comes to child suppport and arrears. By not taking the current finacial situation of the obligator into much consideration. Or the current children suffering when Daddy can't even take them to the Movies or Shopping after a garnishment hits. Charging 10% per year becoming over 120% at the age of 12. Taking thier interest First giving the dependant child a small portion of this money. All along claiming it's for the benefit of the child. There are limits on banks and lenders at 30% nationwide, but no limit when it comes to the state. At these rate you will owe unreal amounts of money even if you continue to pay the original obligation, because only if the other parent didn't recieve aide, will the child get all the money taken. This can sometimes be as little as 25-30% of the money obtained. It's has gotten me to give up and say I can't do this anymore and change jobs time after time. All along calling us dead beat dads, all along we just try to keep from being homeless or have his current family give up on him too. This is the most unfair system and scam for the States that hold the same policys as California. Until this happens to someone with POWER HAS THIS HAPPEN, everything will stay the same or get worse. I'm all for taking care of your child, but when your asked and made to disapear and they never let you see your child. It's hard to comply with all the Sate of California asks of you.
